New Worker Certification Begins 2027
New child protection workers starting New Worker Foundations in early 2027 will be part of the first rollout of Certification. After finishing their Foundations coursework, learners will take a Knowledge Assessment and complete a Summative Simulation. During this initial rollout, passing scores are not required. We will focus instead on worker knowledge and ensuring that our testing process is accessible, equitable, and appropriate for the certification legislative requirement. Certification for current workers begins in Summer 2027. Learn more on our website. |
