Training Portal Pro Tips
: The following quick tip is based on a commonly asked question from other Training Portal users.

Pro Tip #1: How to withdraw from a course (drop a course)
If it is at least one day before the training, visit learning.umn.edu and LOGIN with your UMN guest account username and password. In the left navigation, select My Enrollment History, scroll to the course you wish to drop and select Request Drop.

If you need to drop a course that has already started, fill out the Help & Support form on our
Contact Us page. A more complete list of instructions for dropping a course can be found here.

Please Note:
We tend to have long waiting lists for many of our courses, therefore it is very important you withdraw from a course as soon as you realize you can no longer attend.

When in doubt, you can find all of our Frequently Asked Questions in the right column on your Training Portal.
If you have other questions, contact us anytime!
