Training Portal Pro Tip #9: Possible Schedule Conflict? Drop Soon!
We understand that life happens, and schedules can often change. But did you know when a learner does not show, or drops a course on the morning of the training, it prevents other child welfare workers from being able to register? Our course registrations and waitlists tend to fill, so we want to make sure that every course serves the maximum number of learners possible.

How You Can Help
  • When you register for a course, make sure all course dates are on your calendar and that you are available to attend for the duration.
  • We email reminders prior to the first day of training, so make sure your notifications are set up and working.
  • If you anticipate a scheduling conflict, or any reason why you may not be able to attend training, please consider withdrawing as soon as possible and rescheduling for a better time.

Please help us ensure that every learner gets a seat in training!
