: The following quick tip is based on a commonly asked question from other Training Portal users.

Training Portal Pro Tip #6: Learn about the Enrollment Statuses
We are expanding the number of course enrollment indicators in the Training Portal. Learners and supervisors will now see an enrollment record of all courses they have interacted with, including dropped courses. We've updated the visual enrollment statuses as follows:

Active
The learner is actively enrolled in a current or upcoming course.

Pending
The learner is enrolled in a course that has ended, but the final grade has not been posted yet.

assigned
A supervisor has assigned the course to a learner, but the learner has not enrolled yet.

dropped
The learner has withdrawn/dropped their enrollment in the course.

As we continue to develop the Training Portal, additional completion statuses will be added, such as "Completed" for courses that learners have successfully finished.
