Training Portal Pro Tip #11: Keep Your Training Portal Profile Up to Date

Please check your profile to make sure the following information is current. If you have trouble with any of the following items, just let us know by submitting a support ticket.

Update Your Email and Profile Information Whenever It Changes

To ensure your training records stay up to date and you have access to the Portal, it is important to update your email and portal profile information whenever there is a change, such as a new job role or an email domain shift (e.g. county.mn.us to county.gov). This will keep your training record and progress in one place. If you need to update your email, follow these directions

Training Portal Profiles for Supervisors and Workers Should Be Connected

For workers that do not yet have a training profile, supervisors should send each worker an invitation. For workers that already have a profile, they can add/update supervisor information using these steps

Make Sure Your Role (Job Category) is Correct

In your Training Portal Profile, select Edit Profile and scroll down to “What is your current title/role?” Keeping this updated will help us communicate with you better.
